The use of third-party fulfillment partners does not change your direct relationship with ZayoraShop™ as the customer-facing store.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, product availability, courier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ZayoraShop™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, refusal to accept the order, or other information provided incorrectly by the customer.

لا تتحمل ZayoraShop™ مسؤولية التأخير أو فشل التوصيل الناتج عن العناوين غير الصحيحة أو عدم توفر المستلم أو رفض استلام الطلب أو أي معلومات غير صحيحة قدمها العميل.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers generally have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an eligible return, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
